Mini Poof Chat turns a small question into a playful, timed simulation—not a messaging service. These terms explain what you may expect from the app and what we ask of you as a user.
Agreement
By downloading or using Mini Poof Chat (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is operated by Wijaya Saputra, Indonesia (eworasazowi53@gmail.com).
Service description
The app lets you:
- Create a local room with a topic and an anonymity preference.
- Run a five-minute session with four simulated bot participants and prepared messages.
- Promote a message to a proposal and observe simulated voting.
- Close the room early or when the timer ends, then view a recap card.
- Share a rendered recap image via the iOS share sheet and start new rooms.
- Review previously completed recaps in an on-device archive.
All bot names, colours, messages, and votes are generated locally from bundled content and deterministic scheduling. Outcomes are for entertainment and personal comparison, not binding decisions, professional advice, or real collective consent.
No online chat or emergency use
The app does not connect you to other people. Do not rely on it for urgent, safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial decisions. Use appropriate professional or emergency services when needed.
Your content
You choose room topics and any messages you type. You are responsible for ensuring your text is lawful and does not infringe others’ rights. Because sessions are local, you control what appears in recaps you choose to share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it for harmful purposes, interfering with its normal operation, or using shared recaps to harass or mislead others about simulated votes being real human agreement.
Intellectual property
The app’s design, bundled phrase pools, bot simulation logic, and branding are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you control, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms where applicable.
Availability and changes
We may update the app to fix issues, adjust simulation behaviour, or improve clarity (for example, how recaps label simulated votes). Features may change or be removed. Offline use is a design goal, but device storage, iOS updates, or hardware limits can affect performance.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the simulation will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we aim for reliable timer closure and recap creation. Simulated vote counts are illustrative, not factual polls.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wijaya Saputra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app or from content you share from recap cards. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the app was free.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support except as required by applicable law.
Purchases
This release is described without in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment terms for any paid listing on the App Store follow Apple’s rules at the time of download.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device. We may discontinue the app where permitted by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence require otherwise.
